Accessibility audit

Accessibility audits for websites and apps, in Arabic and English

We test your websites, portals, e-services and mobile apps against WCAG 2.2 AA, with automated tools and expert manual testing using real screen readers, in Arabic and English. You get a clear report of every barrier and how to fix it.

What we test

Everything your users touch

  • Websites and portals

Public pages, search, navigation, menus and content, in every language you publish.

  • Mobile apps

iOS and Android apps, tested with VoiceOver and TalkBack on real devices.

  • E-services and forms

Applications, payments, sign-in and multi-step journeys, from start to finish.

  • Documents on your site

PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files your users download. We can also fix them for you.

  • Arabic and bilingual content

Right-to-left layout, Arabic screen reader voices, language settings and mixed Arabic and English text.

  • Video and audio

Captions, transcripts and audio description for the media on your pages.

How we test

Automated tools find only part of the problems

That is why every audit combines automated scans with manual testing by experts:

  • Automated scan

Fast checks across your pages to catch common technical issues.

  • Keyboard only

Every link, button, menu and form is used without a mouse, in a logical order, with visible focus.

  • Screen readers

Testing with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack, in Arabic and English.

  • Zoom and reflow

Pages at 200% and 400% zoom, on small screens and with larger text spacing.

  • Colour and contrast

Text, icons, focus outlines and charts checked against WCAG contrast rules.

  • Arabic checks

Reading order, page and phrase language, numbers, icons and layout in right-to-left pages.

  • Clear priorities

Issues ranked by impact on users, so your team fixes the most important ones first.

  • Executive summary

A short overview for leadership: where you stand and what to do next.

  • Arabic or English

Reports in the language your teams and leaders prefer.

Timing

How long an audit takes

As a guide, each unique page or screen takes about 5 to 8 hours of expert testing. Pages built from the same template are grouped, so the total depends on how many unique pages, screens and user journeys are in scope.

We agree the scope and a clear timeline with you before we start.
