Digital accessibility in Morocco
Morocco's Framework Law 97-13 protects disability rights but sets no web standard. The Digital Development Agency (ADD) and UN ESCWA have prepared a national digital accessibility plan. In 2026 the digital transition ministry and the social inclusion secretariat signed an agreement to improve online access to public services.
